A Grant Committee (GC) session was held from 3 to 4 March 2025 in Mbalmayo to examine and validate the 27 school projects reassessed by individual consultants.
Each of these Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions will receive financial support up to CFAF 600 million for renovations and, above all, equipment acquisition to improve their technical facilities.
This reassessment follows a request from the Project’s technical and financial partner, the World Bank, which did not consider the first school projects satisfactory.
It is worth recalling that four priority sectors of activity are involved in the development of these school projects: building and public works, agro-industry, energy, and digital technology.
